Oh, the bums. The other day I witnessed 2 bums on the train co-op-ing the laces on some giant ski boots. I guess they were stocking up for the Chicago winter I guess. It brought a tear to my eye. Those B.B.F.F.s are everywhere. More of them below…

Bums and their Bum friends. It’s an amazing sight.

I don’t know what it is about these guys. They’re hypnotizing to me. When there is just one bum standing on the corner begging for my change it’s pretty annoying, but when there’s one with his B.B.F.F. chatting about scamming McDonalds for a free double cheeseburger it’s magical.

The Unreleased and/or Original Art from Dr. Killbots Creature Compendium album.

The recently released Dr. Killbot Album, Creature Compendium, had another set of art created for it.

This is it…  A wonderful collage of Nerd Beasts battling their way out of a skittles bag.

Yeap, Painstakingly this Rainbow-Brite-ish bar brawl was created, approved and completely intended to be used as the album. Then, for some unknown reason,  I went and made a much simpler, more iconic set of album art that ended up being used for the final product. So much love went into creating the original piece though. From the renegade lobster to the Scientist with his camera phone snapping pictures of the Harpy Gone Wild.  And I’ve never drawn a centaur before, let alone one getting the shit punched out of him. Forreals. Every one of the creatures is featured in a song, with the except of the Puppy Grenade.  Not to mention all the little pics on the left hand side of the full pic are various flyers from the band. With a few bonus pieces from Brian Albertson and Myself. While it was painful to draw such a nerdy nerd picture, the end result is quite satisfying.
